CYNATECTM电渗析工艺
电渗析是一种利用外加电势差将离子从一种溶液中通过离子交换膜传输到另一种溶液中的分离技术。电渗析是一种利用外加电势差将离子从一种溶液中通过离子交换膜传输到另一种溶液中的分离技术。利用离子交换膜对离子的选择透过性,使阴离子和阳离子发生定向迁移,从而实现水溶液中盐分的脱除或浓缩。另外,因为离子交换膜只允许离子物质通过,那么有机物与盐的分离可以实现。电渗析操作在电渗析池装置中完成。
Electrodialysis is a technology to transport ions from one solution through ion exchange membranes to the other solution under influence of an applied electric potential difference. Desalination and concentration can be achieved in aqueous solution through the migration of anions and cations towards the anode and cathode respectively and the perm-selectivity of membranes. Also, electrodialysis can separate organic materials from salts due to the fact that only ionic materials can pass ion exchange membrane. This is done in a configuration called an electrodialysis device.

Ion exchange membranes are semi-permeable membrane material that selectively transports certain ions while blocking others in solution, where an ionic functionality is fixed to the backbone of the membrane. Ion exchange membranes are typically made of a polymer material with ionic groups attached to its structure. According to the different charge types, they are mainly divided into anion exchange membranes (AEM) and cation exchange membranes (CEM). Also, according to different application processes, they can be divided into electrodialysis membranes, bipolar membranes and diffusion dialysis membranes.
